Karen is the Managing Director and from a nursing background. Karen’s clients have found that they feel at ease knowing that she has a natural affinity and broad knowledge of animals, animal welfare and care, as well as a healthy working partnership with a number of veterinary practices. A lifelong cat owner and cat rescuer, Karen is well equipped to look after your feline friend, from pampered pedigree princesses to loveable family moggies.

Quintessential Quarters has four qualified cattery technicians to help in the smooth running of the business as well as university and college placement students to assist in the day to day running of the facilities.

Karen gets involved in the daily activities around the cattery and encourage feedback, innovation and creativity in order to promote animal welfare and peace of mind.
